Feel hard.
HK colleague and I have a serious conversation about my career plan today. I have been suggested to find my way and upgrade the level in this company before 30. I really understand his kindness and encouragement. But it’s really hard to be forced to face the tough life.
I realize I have no time to escape, have no time to wait for chances, and have no time to just do easy job. If I desire some successful career achievement, I need to be more aggressive.
“Not your education background, it depends on your experience and networking if you want to reach a higher level in career” said my colleague. He’s right and I really know what he means. But facing the real situation and serious competition, it makes me feel nervous and hard.
I must be active.
